Started in 1984, the festival grew to include the wine tasting in the early 1990s. Today visitors can enjoy a balloon flight, glass or bottle of wine, vendors, live entertainment, a kids area and much more. Those interested in going up for a balloon ride must contact the festival in advance to reserve a spot.
